Vince and I quickly changed into our party attire. Can you believe I had to wait for him? He found me in on the computer when he was ready to go.


We decided to head out to The Hub since we could dance and dine there.

This is an overhead shot of us pulling into the Hub.

Since I burnt our dinner at home, we wanted to go upstairs first and dine under the stars.


I chose a booth to sit at while we waited for the table we wanted. I love the way Vince does a happy dance/strut while he walks.

The wait was longer than we expected; so I went downstairs to get a drink while Vince talked to the host about getting our table ready.


The bartender statred hitting on me. I told him I was on my Honeymoon and he made up for it by giving me drinks on the house.


When I got upstairs, Vince told me that our table was finally ready.

Seems like it took us just as long to decide on an entree as it did waiting for this table. We both decided on lobster.

Vince made a toast to us b4 our food was brought out. It was so romantic. Sitting there, with him, under the stars, being newlyweds, on our honeymoon.....


My romanctic bubble burst when the waiter dropped his tray on me.

He apologized to us so many times, I started feeling bad for him. I told him it was okay, accidents happen.

 I guess he wanted to make up for his mistake(& his hefty tip) b/c he spoke to the head chef &  we got our meals free. After telling Vince about the bartender & having drinks on the house, he started teasing me; saying things like "You need to be with me when I'm at the store so we can get things free."
When we were done, we went straight for the dance floor.


Jokingly, we scoped the room to see who else we'd find attractive here.

We found each other very HOT!


We were having a great time until we saw Ms.Crumplebottom staring us down.

We didn't feel like putting up with her so we walked over the the love hedge maze down the street. We didn't realize it was morning already.


It was refreshing taking a dip in the pool.

I was so aggrivated to see that Ms.Crumplebottom had followed us.

We thought ignoring her would be the key thing to do.
I found a photobooth near the bathrooms and just had to take a couple of pictures w/Vince.

Ignoring Ms.Crumplebottom was pointless. she still managed to lecture us. I had enough of her so we left for home.

As soon as we got home, I set out the pictures we took at the love hedge maze.

That night Vince brought roses to the front door.




I ran out front as fast as I could to read the note.


It had the same message on it as b4. I brought the roses in & set them down on the end table in our formal sitting room.

The next day Vince greeted the mail girl, Dagmar and Isabel. We had a lil party at home. I grilled hamburgers for lunch.



Vince came to the window to check on me, I guess making sure that I wouldn't burn the food this time.


I enjoyed having guest over for the first time. When it got dark, Isabel &  Dagmar left. I walked them out and noticed that no one checked the mail yet. I freaked out when I found a love note instead of bill in there. The love note had hearts and red smoke coming from it.


 I quickly opened it -
Dear Damara,
I had fun, I hope you know
That dating you was good
And if you wonder
"Should I ask again?"
I say you should
Love,Vince

Later on in bed, I told Vince how much I adore him and our conversation lead to having a baby.
I agreed to start trying.

Well, we got right to it and it happened right away. I gave Vince the news as soon as we were out of bed.


Vince and I went out to Speedy Bowling Lanes for our last "fun" outing b4 I become house-bound with the pregnancy.




I won! Vince had to buy me lunch.
